From 2002 – 2004 Richard was involved in delivering and devising training for journalists at the BBC World Service. He displayed an in-depth understanding of the editorial issues and an ability to engage with course participants. Richard drew upon his considerable experience as a producer and a reporter as well as his natural enthusiasm for the subject matter.

Richard created and produced one of the World Bank’s first podcast series. He used his experience in audio production and strategic communications to take an idea and turn it into imaginative and interesting programmes, attracting thousands of listeners. Richard was responsive to the needs of the World Bank, and worked closely with us to produce a podcast that we could be proud of. The feedback we received has been very positive and I would gladly recommend Richard and Earshot Strategies for anyone considering podcasts for their organization.

Richard’s combination of experience dealing with large multinational organizations, knowledge and curiosity about our work, and technical expertise in podcasting was instrumental in for us to create a high-quality podcast for our organization. Moreover, Richard shared his knowledge and experience in ways that helped build our own skills to create podcasts.
